Mobo or RAM failing...

Hello lads

Got a system Abit KV7 mobo with a 2500 XP Barton and 512Mb of Adata DDR PC3200 CAS 2.5 memory.

All but together and setup in BIOS.

It partitions and formats the HDD fine then continues to install Windows XP Pro.

The it gets to 19 minutes remaining on installing Win XP Pro and crashs out to a blue screen.

The blue sceen has loads of 0's and E's on in.

Tried it a few times now and always fails when it gets to 19 minutes remaining.

Temps are fine, 44 cel.

I have cleared the BIOS.

Memory settings are set to SPD.

Any ideas why its doing this ?

Is it allways in the same place ?

run memtest on it (www.memtest86.com) and see if it throws up any errors
