i had simalar pc to you john, and it was better in key areas, and i got 350 so i think thats about right, 400 would command a something extra i think
Sorry, i would'nt expect that to go over £275 base unit only !!
£400 was for someone who didnt know there ****hole from their earhole
i wouldn't pay £250 for it..
Amd 64 3700+ San Diego £25
Abit AT8 £30
4x512 Corsair XMS3200C2PRO £60
PowerColour X850XTPE Arctic Cooled don't know
Samsung Spinpoint 250Gig £30
Enermax NoiseTake 485w £30
Arctic Freezer 64 Pro £7.50
Coolermaster Wavemaster £30
That adds up to over £200 and then add the price of the graphics card.
IMO worth around £250
Bit much for second hand 2GB of slow ram isn't ?
How is that RAM slow ?
It's DDR1 btw
Main - Intel Core i5 2300 @ 3.5GHz, 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM, Asus P8P67 Pro, Coolermaster iGreen 600w, GTX 480, Antec One Case

It is fairly decent DDR memory as it is Corsair XMS which was NOT cheap at the time.Even Scan are selling 2x512mb modules for nearly 80 quid:

Even for ddr3200 expect to pay a bit more for decent sticks!!
Also ddr3200 is NOT that slow as DDR2 has higher latency anyway and this negates the speed advantage to a degree!!
