Question Heatsink & fan for E6600?

    Heatsink & fan for E6600?

In the past I've always gone for the cheapo option here and got the standard h/s and fan that my cpu came with...

But this time my Duo E6600 is coming with no h/s or fan so thought I may as well get somthing half decent.

I won't be overclocking in a hurry so no really high spec one, but I would like the fan to slow down/speed up to suit the temp of the CPU.

    Any suggestions?
Please see my sig for my half-built PC spec!

    Thanks!

For excellent value you cant go wrong with the arctic freezer 7 pro. Only about £15(or less).

Yes in the sense it has the PWM 4 pin connector.
Alternatively you could fit it with a Zalman Fanmate for manual control.
For the price and its cooling efficiency you cant go wrong.

A nice, quiet (and cheap) one, with good reviews is the ZEROtherm CF Series (if I'd gone with 775 I'd have bought one of these):
