E4300 base memory speed
Hi, I'm planning to get an E4300 and a gigabyte GA 965P-S3 iP965
My question is that with a e4300 meaning the base clock is 200
What is the lowest memory multiplyer for this board?
If it is low enough then I would be able to overclock the cpu using ddr 667 ram.

You should be fine. The lower FSB of the E4300 makes it easier to overclock with slower memory. Also a lot of DDR667 can hit over 800mhz anyway so there's little to worry about.

so what is the lowest multiplyer of the board, I'm curious becaue the title at scan says it supports ddr2 533 ram I'm assuming it hasn't been changed since the release of the e4300
this would therefore mean a lowest multiplyer of 2
am i correct?

I think you're a little confused(or I am one or the other).
The multiplier for the E4300 is 9, but I'm guessing you're wondering about the FSB : DRAM ratio. Clunks guide probably covers that best http://forums.hexus.net/showthread.php?t=103676
