mobo: commell lv-676D
psu:
cpu: e6420
ram: 2x1gb g-skill 6400
tv tuner: Hauppauge WinTV-HVR4000
hdd: 750gb seagate barracuda (1tb is a possibility as it should be released within the next 2 months)
32gb flash 2.5" (0ms seek time :P:P:P but will have to mod the enclosure though but shouldn't be too hard)
Os: windows mce 2005
case: www.psile.com (maybe a cubit
extras: mini pci wireless, new 80mm silent fan, zalman aeroflower (have one lying around if it fits great if not doesn't matter no worries), I will probably cut out the sides and cover with mesh to allow for greater cooling

150W would be pushing it. 160W+ would be on the safe side. Just make sure the PSU match the voltage requirements for the motherboard and any other components.

I thought the same as there is no power draining graphics card

The 280W unit is probably overkill, but it would probably last another upgrade later so I would go for that even though the 165W unit would probably be sufficient.

does everyone agree with these two??? there won't need to be much headroom for upgrading the parts if all works as planned should never need upgrading
