Backlit Keyboard Advice Please

Hello fellow hexites,

I have been looking at keyboards for my intended new PC build, i'm looking for a gaming keyboard, backlit (i mean properly backlit not a dim LED that flickers once in while) wireless if possible although thats not too important, must be a solid build because the keyboard is very important and often overlooked. and if its anything like the logitech i had previously had they do smash into tiny tiny bits when flung against a wall at high velocity. Saitek Eclipse looks promising although i have heard the backlight is pretty dull, and the logitech G15 only lights up the lcd display, so not really what i'm looking for. Any thoughts?

I've got the Eclipse and i love it, it has diferent brightness levels and the new one has 3 colours of back light !!

bar the fact the keys are spongy and it doesn't have the features of the g15 or the quality

One more for the G15. The keys are backlit and even more you can turn that off if you dont want it on.

Plus it has a tonne of extra buttons which you will probably never use anyway....

at the end of the day i wouldnt ever buy anything but logitech due to the build of their products and the customer service, and the g15 is an excellent tool, with the media keys and volume wheel. brilliant
