Is it worth it to upgrade my HTPC ?

With the prices of the new C2D 21xx chips and the new DX10 cards being so cheap I was thinking of upgrading my HTPC.

    Currently am running:
    A64 3400+
    Asus K8V SE Deluxe
    Radeon 9800 with Accelero Silencer
    1Gb Corsair TwinX

How much would I get for these do you reckon? Looking on ebay I thought maybe £45 for the CPU&Board, £45 for the memory and £30 for the Video Card

I then thought about (all with Googlecheckout)
    Intel E2160 £48.16
    Xpertvision 8500GT £41.75
    Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300/5400 £47.17
    ABit IP95 Socket 775 £24.96
    Delivery £20 (individual orders)
Making a grand total of £182.04

What do you think ? Seems ridiculously cheap for an upgrade ?

Have refined it a bit to :

    Intel E2160 £53.20 + 4.69 del Ebuyer
    Corsair 2GB 5300/540 £47.17 free del Ebuyer
    Foxconn G9657MA-8EKRS2H £59.34 + 4.69 del Ebuyer
256MB Asus 8500GT, Silent £62.26 free del Scan
    Total £231.35

Still means around £100 for a decent upgrade....
