overclock q: asrock dual vsta and E6300...

and 2 gig of kingston ddr2 5300 ram.

has anyone got this combo and if so, what are your o/c results and more importantly, bios number and settings?

i want to try and o/c this lot but am not sure if they are any good or what settings. have looked at the guides but i know each mobo/cpu/ram combo is different.

any help would be appreciated.

There are no gaurenteed 'settings' for any motherboard/CPU. Each one (even from the same model) is different. You have to slowly raise your own an discover it's own limited by experimentation.
