    A new laptop

    Hi guys,

    Can anyone recommend a budget laptop. I want to install ubuntu on it and generally fiddle with linux based apps on it. I want it to be as small as possible.

    Must have wireless, apart from that just your typical standard laptop internals really.

    Whats your actual budget ? "Budget laptop" doesnt quite cover it.

    im currently running ubuntu on a:

    Pentium M 1.5
    512meg Ram
    4200rpm HDD
    and it is very smooth and responsive. so anything like that spec would do you.
