Ok well I have a choice of 3 types for my case fans:
1. Yate Loons
2. Panaflos
3. Scythe S-flex
If anyone has the time say which they prefer and I'll take it from there

I think they're all ugly and should be smashed up but the panflos higher cfm to db ratio
Seen em here but those are 80mm, dont know if u want the 120mm? they do seem good tho..
the 120's are mentioned here http://www.hardware.info/en-UK/produ..._120_SF12025L/ but dont say where to buy em

silent x have got shiny metal fans which are less than 20db.....
Ohhh, google has the answers as ususal: http://www.google.co.uk/products?q=V...earch+Products
whilst were here I need to find a store which does either opaque blue fan adapters or metallic silver fan adapters I did not spend 90 or so hours polishing and sanding my case to bare metal and then to a near mirror finish to have some cheap fan adapters ruin the whole theme

I've got a few fans
Yate Loon D12SL,
Sharkoon 1000 Silent Eagle (80mm as well as 120mm),
NorthQ 120mm NCB,
Globalwin 120mm NCB
Nexus Orange 120mm
Aerocool Turbine 120mm
Silverstone FN 120mm
Akasa Black Silent 120mm
My current favourite is the NorthQ one, but it doesn't shift much air.
Out of the Scythe ones I'd be tempted to try the 1200rpm as the 800rpm won't push much air and the 1600rpm may be too loud even when undervolted.
Edit: the Panaflo's may suffer from ticking noise.
IMO anything over 1000rpm is going to be noisy.

@ amjedm Why do u say that the Scythe 1600rpm undervolted wud still be noisey? Surely if I turned it down to lets say 1200rpm it wud sound the same as the original 1200rpm model, or not?
I don't know if they have changed their ways, but Silent X do not have a good reputation in terms of honesty for dB ratings.
I wonder how many people still using those screaming Deltas. They were popular a long time ago amongst the hardcore aircooling overclockers, but I thought they faded away..
lol I just recommended a delta to this guy he does have a fan controller though so he can obviously turn it down if need be
At any given voltage the E would be quieter and push less air than the F is what I meant but didn't explain it well.
