As the title says really. Mouse has to be rechargeable and if it comes with programable buttons, that's a bonus.
I was looking at this one http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/83962
but was wondering if you guys have any opinions.

well the gyroscope mouses are incredile but that will probably be out of your price range. the logitech L17 is suppose to be good I think
whats ya budget?
My mate has the best wireless keyboard and mouse known to man. But it cost an arm and a leg and a couple of ears.
Don't really want to burst £50 but would do for the right set-up.
It's weird how you can buy loads of wireless mice separately but not many keyboards.
in games having mouse movement is more important then a keyboard seeing as you normally only use a keyboard for movement of the character the mouse is dependent for those all so important headshots
well in reality it would be the £700 keyboard that has a screen in every key but this hasn't been released yet I think they have pre-orders though if you feel like dropping a grande it is the optimus keyboard if memory serves me right
Unless anyone has any huge objections to the desktop set in the first post, I think I'll buy it.
Of course, ideally I'd want to buy a seperate wireless keyboard and a logitech mx1000 or g7, but hey ho.
Wouldn't go with that one, it's quite an old model from many years ago.
How about:

Surely the 'best' wireless set-up would be a Logitech diNovo Edge (£150) and the MX Revolution Mouse (£70)...?
I fancy the keyboard myself, but couldn't get on with the mouse at all for gaming.
Does anyone have the keyboard?
Probably. He is the kind of guy who just buys whatever is the most expensive.. And its a Logitech, and I know it cost over a hundred quid :) It basically looks like a piece of shiny thin blackened glass, with really nice keys. On the right there is a little mouse pad which works surprisingly well for a mouse pad, and above it, is a little line similar to the mouse pad. You just run your finger up and down that, to turn the computer's volume up and down.
On the top, I think all the function keys have lights. There may be other lights on it too. And lastly, it just slots into a little holder which keeps it recharged. And evidently once its well charged, it lasts something ridiculous like 60+ hours without needing to be recharged. Oh, and its bluetooth.
He also got the equivalent mouse.
Pure overkill :P But its very nice if you have the money I suppose.
I gots me a nice Logitech DiNovo Bluetooth Laser Desktop today and it's fantabulous! Not the best for gaming, but it's beautiful and works a treat in all other regards :)
Can't cope with a direct coffee strike, as I found to my cost. Awesome keyboard though. I keep getting tempted by the DiNovo Edge and having to talk myself out of it.
For a very decent set (compared to the DiNovo anyway), the Microsoft Laser Desktop 6000 is good value. The mouse isn't great though.
What lets it down when it comes to gaming? (Just outta interest... I doubt I'll ever have one :()
Ouch! :(
I keep talking myself out of one too. I would use it probably once a month :P But they are just so pretty :)
My only concern with the cheaper ones, is how quick would they go through batteries? Even changing them once a month or so would annoy me. Batteries aren't cheap. I even priced up a battery charger specifically with this in mind :) But I figured thats about £25 quid. And the keyboard/mouse is about the same. So I'd find it hard to justify not just spending another £50 odd and getting the super dooper version. So, I just dont buy anything hehe :)
They don't. No charger, no dock, no rechargable batteries. Just some standard Energisers. :(
Wasn't a concern of mine personally, as the person I bought them for had a charger and batteries anyway. Still took me by surprise. Shame, as that's probably the only real negative. The mouse is fine if not great, but the keyboard is excellent.
4 AA batteries and a charger for £10 at argos. I got myself 2 lots (one for Wii remotes and 1 for Logitech LX710 keyboard and mouse). Still on the set of batteries that came with the kb+m though, been months and still showing strong. I prefer the smaller reciever compared to the large docking station my MX1000 mouse had.

I think he might be referring to the Lag on it - the mouse, keyboard and media pad all go into power-saving sometimes when they aren't being used. Takes no more than a second to respond, but if you haven't moved your mouse cursor for a while then that can be the difference between making a shot and taking one...
I've got a Bluetooth Media Desktop (original not laser) set now and I'm having mixed feelings about it. Installed Setpoint 2.22 and it seemed ok, then added the 3.3 update and a) I now have a dialog box pop up about updating the software every time I boot up (even when I tick the Don't ask me again box) and b) my keyboard keeps dropping out when the PC is off and I have to connect manually after booting up.
