How to change the FSB speed on an Intel D945GCL mobo

I don't want to do anything too extreme, but I'd like to bump my E4300 up to 2.4Ghz. How do I change the FSB setting to 266Mhz on an Intel board? It's a D945GCL, and I know it can run with the FSB at 1066, but I can't figure out how.

I'm also having trouble updating the bios. I download the bios utils for my board, but it says they're the wrong ones and it won't install them. But they aren't the wrong ones, so I don't get what's wrong.

Any insight on either problem would be appreciated.
