    DDR2 Ramdisk?

Memory price have dropped a hell lot lately, and you can find 2x2GB DDR2-533 for just $120. I think it is time for a ram drive.

Gigabyte's i-ram only support DDR at the moment though. Is there any DDR2 based ramdrive?

Not that DDR2-533 is useful for C2D/C2Q anyway...

I use RamDisk Plus for my ram drive. Unsure if it supports DDR2 or not though:

Software 'ramdisks' are hardware agnostic, it's probably the only option for DDR2 ramdisks atm.

None that I can find either, did find some ddr to ddr2 convertors though, but were the 'wrong way round' i think (site was in jp) ie, let you plug ddr into a ddr2 slot.

Any recomendations on tools to set up software ramdisks?

Looking at shoving another 3GB into my HTPC and splitting it into 2GB ram and 2GB ramdisk for my page file.
