I'm about to order the same heatsink to be fitted in my lianli pc60 which is only 5mm wider than yours!

Should I be worried, or will I be ok?

My PC-A05 is 21cm wide and houses it fine with about 2cm to spare. I guess it depends how far the MB is mounted from the other side panel. Mine is pretty much right next to it.
