Best Cooler for Opteron

Which cooler would you guys say is best for my Opteron 165.

Looks like you're doing okay with the Freezer 64, but the best air cooler around at the minute is the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme. The Ultra 120 standard and Tuniq Tower are also great as well.

My Freezer 64 is ok but sometimes on startup it whines alot, I really want to replace it with a cooler that does not require a motherboard removal.

Have to say I got an infinity and was very underwhelmed by it's performance, especially considering it's size. Only 2-4C lower load temps than my ACF7 Pro, although I did use the stock scythe fan. The ultra 120 extreme has knocked 10C of the Scythe's load temps.... really incredible. Agreed, it's a pain in the arse installation wise though
