Best Overclocking quiet cooler options please!

Sorry i know how many times this question is probs asked but things change all the time so.....

What is the quietest and best cooler for overclocking.

Specifically over clocking an e6600 and an e4300.

Probably thermalright ultra 120 with a real low speed silent fan.

The Scythe Ninja which can run completely passive when idle, but then needs a low speed fan when under load.

The Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme would give better temps than the ninja, but would need a fan running all of the time as it isnt designed for passive use (find spaced closer together).

The 2 best low speed fans are the Nexus Real Silent fan and the Yate Loon D12SL-12. They are both basically identical so it doesnt matter which you get, whichever you can get cheapest.
The low speed variant of the Scythe S-Flex fans are also quite good but the YL and nexus are generally better.

I would recommend that you get a fan controller and run the fan at around 7V and it would be so quiet that you wouldnt know it was running. The best fan controllers imo are the Sunbeam Rheobus or the Zalman ZM-MFC1 as they both actually adjust the voltage to the fan, rather than PWM which can sometimes cause problems (clicking noises from the fan)

Btw I think the best place for this kind of info is Silent PC Review Forums, which I am a member of so know quite a bit about this kind of stuff

In my new system I am planning to get the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme and have a Yate Loon D12SL-12 running at 7V constantly.

I'm doing just fine with temperature, overclocked E4300 on 3.0 with Cooler Master L3 cooler.
