Is my machine broken?

As I just cant get it stable, keeps rebooting randomly / locking up, sometimes it will work for weeks others for hours.
Memtest runs fine and prime seems to but Folding SMP client crashes it and I suspect Azureus does as well.
Is there any stress test software I can use that doesnt require booting into windows?
Also any guides on DFI Bios's as the board has a silly amount of options and I dont know what they all do so god knows if any if thats causing it.

Run linux from floppy/CD and fork bomb?

You have a lot of drives.. this probably doesn't help stability but I'm not sure what to recommend.

Ultimate Boot CD?, I take it you have never used a DFI Lanparty mobo mate?
