    need some advice.

Well I've decided to go for a new rig. my current rig is an asus a8n sli deluxe mobo. amd x64 4400, 2.25gig memory, 8800gts with 640mb, xi-fi fatality soundcard.

Now I've seen the case that I want, which comes with watercooling already built into the system which is the ThermalTake Armour LCS case silver with window + Liquid cooling system which is going for £170

the problem is, I've lost all faith in Asus boards, they've been nothing but trouble for me, and asus tech support. (what tech support) beyond a joke. so here's my question.. what motherboard would you guys recommend for a hardcore gamer, and video editor..

    All help is gratefully appreciated.

Abit QuadGT seems to be well recommended. I'm about to build a new system and will be going for that board.

I like my evga 680i motherboard and there is a water cooled version available which could be good for you.

I'd stick with Abit for a non sli board (965 chipset). Very good customer service (they have a forum in the care section here on hexus) and very reliable boards as far as I can see.
