    Advice.... mATX board

I am building a SFF system in a QPack case (i got really cheap!!)

I would like a Dual core CPU and I would like to to be AMD (I have a P4 system and a Core2 E6600 so I would like a bit of a change)

What is the best board for the best money?

well to be honest its only going to go on my desk at work to make my work day a bit more interesting. I don't really need all singing all dancing but I would like to do a bit of Video Editing etc but I don't want to spend mega $£$£ on it.

the choice is very limited, nfm2 overclocks well but you can't rely on it for high bandwidth USB, for example a microphone and a TV won't run on it at the same time.

other than that, no major problems, I wouldn't buy it again because of USB and desktop noise but I would happily use it as a multimedia workhorse with good uptime if I hadn't got a laptop.

in fact I'm selling because I have a nice laptop.
