Really starting to get frustrated now I have this case:
http://www.thermaltake.com/product/C...h-d050-2sn.asp
It has a sound level indicator I have spent the last ay trying to figure out how it works. I have taken the whole front panel apart and discovered the correct wires to use a 2pin connector which attaches to a pci bracket on the back and 2wire connector which attaches to a molex connector. The sound level indicator is partially held together with celotape lol but there is a circuit board which doesn't appear damaged in any form and the wires are fine. Whilst fiddling with the sound level indicator the front two audio ports don't work any more when I have not touched that section of the case merely pulled out the wire similar to a usb one a couple of times. I haven't tried tech support because I don't want to shout down the phone at someone who knows less about the case then me
