Watercooling Loop

Hi all,
I just became the proud owner of a Polarflo TT watercooling block set (GPU, CPU and chipset). Basically, i've never watercooled a PC before - or anything for that matter! What order would you place the components in and why? Also, any tips?
Other bits: Laing D5 pump, single 120mm rad, XSPC passive reservoir, non-conductive fluid, all going in an Antec P180.

Oh, also, does anyone know how to clean used waterblocks, I heard diluted vinegar somewhere...

i think i would go:

1. reservoir
2. pump
3. CPU block
4. Chipset
5. GPU
6. Radiator

in that order, perhaps chipset/gpu around the other way if thats easier to 'plumb' in

I use Vinegr to clean the copper (if it has dulled and corroded) and methylated spirits to clean all the thermal transfer gunk off the bottoms (which rarely if ever corrode, I also use meths on heatsinks)

I do neat vinegar for about an hour if its really mucky, about 20 mins if not, and give it a good shake and then flush it all through with water.

Only hard and fast rule when setting up the loop is res -> inlet on the pump... apart from that its best to route it to whatever keeps the tubing shortest. Agre with Clunk on the vinegar, 48p a bottle from Asda and it is invaluble, I give it a rinse with de-ionised water as well afterwards and then set up the loop.
