Can you give us the type of case you have fans etc.

First advice would be to replace the stock cooler. It really wasnt designed with overclocking in mind. An AC Pro would be the first to look at

So far as I am aware no. You did use the fan that came with your E4300? If so that is the stock Intel cooler.

I cant find any info on that case so if you can provide a link so I can get some idea of what it looks like and what type and how many fans.
In fact if you look inside the case describe
1 How many fans and position ie 1 front one rear
    2 size ie 80mm 120mm.
This will give an indication of how good the airflow is.
Your cooler maybe working efficiently as it can but if the airflow through the case is poor then the hot air will not be extracted properly.

    No Problem.
Where are you reading your fan speed from. Bios or from windows. If you can download speedfan
    http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php
It will give some indication of fan speeds system temps etc.

I have looked at the mobo and there is very limited info for the bios. There was fan speed control support for certain CPU's introduced to one bios revision but dosent state which type of CPU.
The fan should be spinning up faster as the temp and or load increase's. I still think replacing with a better cpu cooler is the way forward, but lets also look at the case cooling as well.

What FSB are you reaching with clockgen you may have reached the limit anyway within the capabilities of your current coolin.
