    bloody hell mate, vista x64 doesnt like anything does it? thought about change to x32 version???

    lol, temp monitoring software is all that I've really had problems with, so I'm just going to stay with x64

    Those are BIOS temps, they should be way lower, as in BIOS the CPU is dead idle. Maybe the heatsink doesn't have proper contact or there's a handful of thermal paste put on

    I've tried reseating the HSF loads of times, and re-applying the thermal paste (of course after cleaning it off first), and I only put a thin line up and down the middle of the CPU

    when I first booted up in the bios today it was reading 38-39, I'm just happy it's not what it was in the screenshots lol

    So maybe now it's time to let the thermal paste settle, so the temps would lower then?
