    Bigger PC Case Needed?

    I bought this from Scan:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=534747
    Asrock 4CoreDual-VSTA VIA PT880

    It arrives yesterday.
I compare it to the size of my case - problem. Way too big.

Does anyone know of good, fairly priced cases for this mobo?

    Cheers,
    Rich

What case do you have now.

The motherboard is a standard ATX so any stardard ATX case would do it.

Akasa Zen isn't bad for £25

Jeantech Phong II is apparently excellent value for money, but it looks tacky in the photos I've seen.

Mate, please dont tell me you're trying to fit it in that PC I saw when we were at college.
I know its been a good 5/6 years or so, but I think that was an AT machine, not an ATX.

If thats the case [sorry ], the PSU wont fit either.

It's not that tacky (my pc is in one right now, setting up my wc on my stacker atm)

It is fairly well built and has some useful sound dampening things (rubber mounts for hdd's etc) and the 140mm fan at the front can be made nice and quiet

    MATE!
    That was my mom's PC!
Let's not talk about that piece of poo eh?
Nah, the board in my old one - took socket 745 - seems to be a LOT smaller, so down to Maplin after work (due to impatience!)

if you go to maplin, you'll want to replace the PSU from thoes cases with something decent.
