Is my psu powerful enough for a C2D/8800GTS

I've got an Antec Neopower 480W psu and was wondering if it would handle this sort of setup:

    p965 class mobo
    E6430 cpu
    2 GB DDR2
    8800GTS
3 or 4 internal hard drives

    at the moment its driving:

    Athlon XP 3000+
    2 gb ddr
    7800gs+ AGP (7900GT core)
    3 x hard drives

If I cant get away with it I'd prefer not to have to get another PSU, budget is tight - it has 2 xs 12v rails, one of 18A and one of 16A - full specs can be seen here:

    thanks

Under full load your CPU and GFX will be pulling about 250-280W together, add in 4 HDD's, some fans and a DVD drive and you'll be getting pretty close to 480W. I would think it may just about handle it, but pretty close to the limit.
