A64 Questions.

3d mark has just went nuts none stop, one thing after another, the xt's were at first not thought to provide much over the pro's a few months ago and i think it got a 3k advancement, then the a64's and as u said prescotts, new rads, nvidias etc. One thing i wanted to know is do u think there will be a limit? fps etc

Trust me, there aint a limit ... or at least we aint reaching it soon!

When I was overclocking my 3400XP system I took it too far and I got over 700fps at one point (screen was practically a total mess hto), then bombed out!

Since I have just got my christmas bonus, well will be getting it in this tuesdays pay packet . I thought I might treat my self to a A64+ system. I am a little unsure on a couple of things though. Would I need to get new RAM? At the moment I have PC3200 TwinMOS, could I use this? And also which motherboard is the best at the moment? I see Asus have one out, is this any good?

I know I want the 3200+ CPU, so is it just a case of getting the new CPU and motherboard, installing it and reinstalling Windows or is there anything else I need to know?
