    P5K query

I have setup my new rig running the p5k.

I have 3 hard drives installed, 2 500gb samsungs setup in raid and a 320gb drive for storage.
I hade to set the sata option in bios for raid but this means that the 320gb drive does not show up(and neither do my IDE optical drives at the moment).

What option do I need to choose in the bios to get these to show?

btw, as this is the 1st time I've used dual channel ram, what does interleaved mean(shows on post dual channel interleaved).

I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

On the raid part, i have to admit i dont know for sure (i got plenty of drives, but none empty to create an array). But i think it should work like you set it up. SATA controller in RAID mode, then create array with those 2 drives. Use the third drive as normal drive on the controller too. What does the crappy asus manual say about it?

Interleaved mode is totally normal, shows on every board (depending on bios i guess).

Glad to hear it worked out for you. Have to remember the thing about the different ports when i use the raid function one day. Thank you.
