Save yourself a fortune - snip the wire going to the LED on your current PSU fan, or if it si too noisy swap the fan on it for something quieter. Failing that, Seasonic are the quiestest (those Corsairs recommended above are made by them)

I have a Zalman in my media PC which is very quiet, but am just about to upgrade to a Nesteq semi-fanless for silence.

My Corsair 620W in my main PC is quiet but still has some fan noise.

    Quietest PSU?

You can't get any quieter than a fanless power supply

Works well in my system, but then it is connected to a huge aluminium heat sync.

If you have a look on Scan's Today Only section, they are doing the HX620 for 86.95, very good price

I've researeched just a little bit about PSUs. Saw some comparisons based on output/load AND dB level. Seasonic comes out excellent in output/load/silence. I myself was thinking about a Seasonic M12 (600W), which, as opposed to S12 suggested by Ash_rm, is modular. Anyway, agree with Ash_rm this S12 or M12 is a very good choice, since some PSU manufacturers simply order Seasonic to build their power supplies (Antec, possibly Corsair).

I was also thinking about the Zalman suggested by Tinners, although my preferences were based rather on the Zalman brandname and their technical specs (from Zalman website, not testers). Also don't know about its fan, but Scrandman is right about LED - can be disconnected.

I myself finally went for the SadikP (well suggested) Corsair620W option (sound-wise identical to 520W model also well suggested by Exclaibur2) with excellent reviews, allegedly built by Seasonic and I am quite satisfied, although I don't have a powerful rig - but, twoblacklines, since the "silence" of the PSU depends on the Case, and you have the Antec900 the sound issue might be rather related to the number and speed/cfm of the fans you have in that Case. Perhaps you would want to consider some quiter fans for it?

Otherwise, I think any of the above three-four PSUs (Seasonic, Corsair, Zalman) would fit your purpose very well.

I love my Corsair HX 620.

I don't think I can hear any noise from it at all. My entire PC only makes a very slight whisper, almost completely inaudible, and I'm thinking that comes from the two 120mm case fans and the CPU fan. Of course, that sometimes all goes to hell if the 8800GTX gets stressed and the fan kicks off... But most of the time its a very quiet PC.

I've got a zalman heat pipe 600W in my media centre - it's inaudible. I've just bought a 500W for the wife's PC based on that experience.

Is modding your existing psu not an option? AFAIK the OCZ is made by FSP/Fortron so is a solid psu.

I've modded FSP psus in the past and on the one occasion the fan didn't start up (I'd set the fanmate voltage too low - I only noticed after a little while) - psu still worked without problems.
