my geil ultra has been auto set to 5-5-5-18
i would like to run it at its intended speed of 4-4-4-12

i cant seem to find memory timing options in the bios have looked at the manual too can anyone point me in the right direction please?

found it had to press ctrl f1 for advanced options

have now set:
cas latency 4
ras to cas 4
ras precharge 4
tras 12

what should i change about these: (they are set to mobo defualts atm)

trrd 3
rank write to read 3
write to precharge 6
refresh to act delay 42
read to precharge delay 3
trd 6
trd phase adjustment 0

spd is on auto still at 400 i have these choices to change it to:
2.00
2.40
3.20
3.33
4.0+ (i think the + means selected)
2.50
3.00

i would like it set to 800 but i dont want to mess it up with my lack of knowledge

cpu-z is reading
freq 400
fsb:dram 5:6
cas 4.0
ras to cas 4
ras precharge 4
tras 12

is this ok? shouldnt freq be 800?

Since it is DDR ram, multiply 400 by 2 and you have your 800MHz.
