    Shuttle Printer Cable

    Lo all,

    Just bought a Shuttle Printer cable, but how do I fit it? Theres no instructions

    Any help appreciated.

    It's the one off OcUK thats got a parralell socket.

    I have fitted a few of these, look in the case behind the cpu heat snik and there a line of pins, there should be once missing on one end, this will match up with the blocked off one on the end of the cable, just plug it in

    Yeh, sorry. Forgot to mention!

    Only thing I've noticed is that the running temps are a little higher than before (give or take a few degrees C), that anything to worry about?

    na... nowt serious unless they are 70 degrees... cant see how the temps can rise just for installing a parallel port.. seems strange.

    I cheated and got a usb to parallel adaptor, and it was cheaper than the official adaptor
