Dolby/DTSBest AM2 mobo with plenty of SATA and DD/DTS sound ?

Time to move on the new HTPC, as I've had a nice offer on the old one.

Looking for recommendations for a mobo to take an AMD AM2 cpu, 4-6 SATA and a couple of IDE, but the MOST important thing is decent sound - I'm not bothered either way, onboard or card - but it must be able to truly offer DTS and Dolby out on optical. Building for Home Cinema.

    Ta,
    Cheers, David

This on the cheap (i have this, and once again recommend it an absolute bargain for anyone wanting 5.1 through a optical but no need for DTS)

    Thanks guys,

I tried the Asonic but it kept crashing. The Auzentech X-Plosion looks the business, cheers.
