As with most cases, its more to personal preference. Once you get to this level the performance differences are going to be so small, I wouldn't solely base my decision on that.

I would go for the stacker, because im a sucker for that case (and im a fan of CM).
Ideally you need to see both 'in the flesh' to make a decision - you'll be looking at it for a while

Truth be told, you wont go wrong with either. Which one do you like the look of most?

On the aesthetics, I'd go for the Antec. That Stacker just looks like a transformer, while the 190 with it's clean, simple looks will hold its value for longer.

For that sort of money though, I'd be buying a Silverstone TJ09B or a Lian-Li A10B over both of those.

Side note... I wouldn't rely too much on the 3DGameMan opinions. It's nice to see video reviews, but when the difference between a "kickass" case and an average one is a removable motherboard tray, you know you're watching the very bottom of the reviewing ladder. I've also never seen him giving a bad review. Ever. I'm sure they'll exist, but I'm yet to see one.

Get the P182 and your own PSU rather than the P190.

P190 is a little more practical though, cable routing and such.

Already have a stacker and I can't see me using any other case for a long, long time. Such an awesome case.

But the 832 has a removable motherboard tray, very handy.

Personally, I like 'em both! Just bought an 830 Evo off Scan and I was considering a P182 for my other system, I've got one on loan to evaluate, can let you know what I think of both.
