logitech want me to smash my webcam with a hammer!
I kid you not. They are sending me a replacement and I got this email from them.
"After you receive the replacement device, please proceed as following in order to close your case.
a. Please take a picture of your old Logitech QuickCam Zoom Camera (in existing state) and then smash the defective Camera using a hammer.
b. Now take a picture again of the damaged QuickCam Zoom Camera and send us both the pictures as an attachment (not more than 0.5 MB)."

Do you think it's a joke? I just thought I'd have to cut the usb lead off and send it to them.
