Problem with my new monitor :(

    Hi all,

    I bought an LG 22" LS4R.
Upon setting it up, i noticed the picutre i was getting was a bit blurry and fuzzy, not what i was expecting. Also, there is a section of screen that is missed out, like the resolution is too large for the screen (E.G i can only see half of the start button and i can't see any of the clock or running programs in the bottom right corner). I have tried several different resolutions and the problem remains.

Any ideas on what it could be? or do i need to send the monitor back?

Did you try to change the resolution? Are you using the DVI to connect? see if you can get boot in safe mode and delete the monitor, and then when you reboot, it should auto detect it...unless of course it is broke, and then it wont

    Post your system specs.

this sounds like a settings issue (windows i guess?), rather than a problem with your monitor.
