Well im looking for a new PSU and have narrowed it down to:
OCZ StealthXStream 600w PSU
Corsair 520w PSU
Seasonic 500/550w PSU
Anything else you can reccommend in the £50/60 price bracket ?
Want this PSU to last and hopefully power an 8800GTX, OCed C2D, watercooling loop and a couple of HDDs

I haven't got it yet, but I'm going to get the Corsair 520W soon. Hopefully it performs well. I've heard good things about both the OCZ and the Corsair though.
Yup, hardchoice, a review of the OCZ PSU said it could handle two 8800 Ultras at stock I think :E
I can recommend the Corsair 520w or the Seasonic, but if you get the Seasonic get the m12 series.

Not exactly the same model but I have OCZ GameXStream 600w PSU here and I don't really recommend it. Well it's not a bad PSU at all, never had any serious problems with it so far but something isn't quite right about it. It's kind of too light compared with other PSUs I have and whenever I try to switch it off it makes annoying static noise which makes me worry. And 12v reading is one of the highest I've seen. I can't explain well.. but it's not quite what I was looking for and unfortunately next PSU I'm going to buy will not be OCZ one. Others may have different opinion but this is my honest feedback. For the same kind of money I think there are better PSU's around.
Definitely Seasonic 550... S12 Energy+ 550
Unless things have changed recently, a Corsair is basically a Seasonic with a few things upgraded, and priced lower. Seasonic are great, but those Corsairs are fantastic units and amazing value. I'm sure a lot more people will tell you the same thing.
At the moment, my system is not pushing my HX520, at all. Still, I can't help being impressed with how absolutely rock steady the power is... flat lines across the board. The modular cable system is very cool, too.

I'd get the Corsair! All reviews I've read rate it extremely highly.
