A proper 350W PSU would be enough, it depends on how much headroom you want really.

As aidanjt says, so long as you go for a decent PSU something reasonably low-end should be fine. what else is in the case? I assume hard drives, graphics card, optical drives etc?

yeah went for DDR2 ram as the ddr 3 is still to expensive got some of that OCZ stuff with water cooling! not got a water cooled comp but leaves options open for future. only a 7600 graphics card. the PSU is a antec 450w. oced it to 3150 first go seems fine so will leave it there reckon it will do plesnty more though!
    thanks fellas
