Im checking on ebuyer for the motherboard for my new pc and all I can find is the P5k-E which has wifi (quick find code 129126). Is this the same one that clunk wrote the overclocking guide for?
If not, can someone send me a link where I can purchase that motherboard?

The Deluxe has more heatpipes over the mosfets etc IIRC.
Scan have the Deluxe in stock.
No, its not quite the same.
The heatpipes as already mentioned, and if I remember right, there are some voltage options missing in the E version.

You'll find the P5K 'Clunk' Edition at Scan. It is on their Today Only listing at £133.94 which stays valid until around noon tomorrow.

Would people recommend this or the Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6? Seeing as they are practically the same price...

Say trying to get a C2Q 6600 to 3 Ghz on a 1333 Mhz FSB on a decent air cooler like a tuniq tower 120?

I wouldnt have thought it would make much difference for someone that just wants a bit of an overclock and a stable board with plenty of other features.
It will depend on your CPU as well, but I cant see that being a problem.

Might get some RAMsinks for the Bits that are exposed though. I can get enough of them for about a pound

Careful the P5K's scan have in stock are DDR3 ram only. The DDR2 version in on "pre-order"

A friend received his P5K-E WiFi today. Peeled off the sticker by the PCIe 16x slot, and revealed the P5K Deluxe model name on the PCB itself.
Looks like the only difference is the heatpipe cooler, its the same PCB at very least.
That heatsink is a WMD?
I'm fairly sure that the voltages dont go as high, isnt the voltage damper disabled as well, or is that just the vanilla?

Why? - Ive seen a few posts complaining about RAM issues currently (don't have one, so don't have first hand experience)
