    Need help with PSUs!

I've got myself tied in knots over a PSU. Been reading loads of stuff to help myself choose the right one and now im confused and need a little guidance

    Heres my spec:

    Case: Antec Nine Hundred
    CPU: AMD Athlon X2 BE23-50
    MOBO: MSI K9N4 Ultra-F
GPU: Point of View 7600GT 256MB
    RAM: 1GB Corsair PC2-6400 RAM
    DVD: Optiarc Labelflash DVD-RW SATA
    HDD: 160GB Seagate SATAII HDD

Im on a bit of a budget for the PSU though, got about £40 to spend on it. Also, how does the rest of the spec look?
Im comparing it to the other spec i made which is basically the same but using the Antec NSK2400 and the MSI K9AGM2-FIH motherboard, it's basically a decision of where i want the unit to sit in my room

EDIT: Would the 400W FSP Sparkle Blue Storm be any good? Wish i'd figured all of this out a couple of days earlier, if i remember rightly there was a fantastic deal for this PSU on Scan yesterday

Sorry for the lack of links to the components, i need 5 posts before i can put some on

yes, the 500W blue storm II that was on offer yesterday would have been ideal

I would say that the 400W is just about doable if you get a quality psu.

Enermax Libery 400W would be a nice choice for that rig.

You dont have any power hungry components in there so as long as its from a reputable maker then you should be ok with pretty much any PSU 400+.

    Thanks for all the help!

My spec has changed completely now. A bit more research and i've managed to squeeze A LOT more power out of my budget:

Case - Antec Sonata III inc 500W PSU - £70.83:

    CPU - AMD Athlon64 X2 6000+ - £101.05:

    MOBO - Asus M2R32-MVP ATI Xfire Xpress 3200 - £57.56:

    RAM - Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 - £67.73:

    HDD - Samsung Spinpoint 250GB - £37.87:

DVD - Samsung Lightscribe SATA drive - £18.79:

GPU - ATI X1950Pro 512MB - Phoning eBuyer to find out if/when they are due more in, if not i'll prob get from Scan (for an extra £8!)

Everything other than the GPU and case are coming from Scan. The case is CCLOnline, unless Scan get stock and as i said above, the GPU is eBuyer (stock pending)
