yea but can i leave memory alone at 800 and just increase the fps for processor to a 350x9 and make it a 3150 and how much volts should i put. Im scared of overclocking i don't want to destroy my system.

Have you read the guide in the link I posted for you?
-
I read a lot of guide before few days but im terrible at understanding's it all. Also i tired 2 print that guide out but the latters are cut off some of them

what about ntune would it be better 2 overclock with that?
-
Bios is far better and once you get to grips with it more control.
Just take your time and slowly increase the overclock.
I wont go over the stuff clunk has linked too, if you do things slowly you wont destroy your system. A cmos reset will usually cure your ills. Most mobos will not allow the cpu to over temp.
i would have a break DusanTisma and then re read from the link clunk has given you. If its not printing out properly save a copy to the hard disk and write down the relevant bits.
