Picture puzzle - is this a socket939 mounting bracket and back plate

I *believe* this is what came with my Hyper48 heatsink. What I need to know is if I send this to someone for the mounting bracket on the motherboard, will this fit a standard socket939 heatsink/fan ? ...and if not can anyone throw one my way for free?

I would say looked like is a 939 mount for Thermalright heatsinks.

I see the two tabs so it looked like it will fit a standard AMD heatsink.
However if the heatsink come with heatpipes they may interfere with the 4 clips on the corners.
