    2 x 2GB ram for £150-£170 ANYWHERE?

Just received my corsair XMS2 Dominator memory from a seller, only to find it was 4x1gb instead of the 2x2gb I ordered - rather than faff around with sending it back to germany and wait again, - does anyone know where I could pick up 2 x 2GB of PC6400 ram, preferably in stock?

Tekheads have their own budget stuff in stock at a bargain price of just £86:

They also do the Corsair Dominator but are out of stock at the moment, they quote 3 days turnaround time though:

Hmm, that OCZ looks best actually (from Microdirect), the Tekheads budget stuff is *incredibly* cheap though, not a massive overclocker, but wouldn't mind squeezing some performance out of the Q6600 I'm getting, so probably not best for that.

The tekheads stuff I wouldnt touch personally, its just 'too' cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. I just thought i'd post it incase anyones building a budget system as it really is a great price!

Thanks for all the links guys.

Is the OCZ 2x2gb 'Gold' likely to be just as good as the Corsair XMS2 Dominator, or should I wait for the Corsair XMS2? It's for a Gigabyte P35-DS4 with a Q6600.

I'd be suprised if you would notice the difference tbh.

I seriously doubt i would along with most people. Its only when you had VERY high overclocks
