Best cordless mouse

My vote would be a G7 or equivalent model.

G7 isn't being produced anymore and I can't find it anywhere for sale.

I've had an MX1000 for almost 3 years now. It's pretty good for gaming and I like it for windows.

I wish I could design the layout for a mouse because none of the manufacturers give me what I want. i.e. two left side buttons one above the other where my thumb would rest on the lower one and a button infront of the mouse wheel ala mx1000. The rest as usual. That would by my perfect rodent.
