www.over-clock.com do some premade kits, I just purchased a Fuzion Pro2 kit. Theres also options to add in graphics cards blocks. I opted for an EK 2900XT red acetal block
A good option in my opinion (depending on what you want to cool) would be the Swiftech kits, they are basically retail products sold in a bundle and contain some very good products. The CPU block is now the ApogeeGT which is neck and neck with a FuZion in most reviews. Some say it beats the FuZion, some say the opposite. The GTX is able to cool 1 degree more for every 100 watts of heat.
The reservoir is the Microres, which actually has a design purpose. It has a diagonal acrylic piece inside which forces water the bottom of the reservoir so turbulence doesn't break the surface and create noise. Also now comes with a mounting bracket and velcro so you can mount anywhere.
The Swiftech radiators are second to thermochill and are capable radiators.
Tubing is 7/16th MasterKleer and it's good stuff. 7/16th seals better against the barb and matches the ID of barbs more so than 1/2" ID. The ID of 1/2" barbs is 10.5mm there abouts, and 1/2" ID tubing is 12mm+.
Hydrex is anti algae and anti corrosion inhibitor all in one.
Custom will be more fun, and may see more gains. It depends on what you're cooling. Swapping out a Swiftech radiator for a Thermochill won't see much gain if you're only cooling a certain heat load. A PA120.2 Radiator I had cooled an overclocked E6600, a hot RD600 NB and a X1900XT overclocked. It handled it very well, even with 7v yates. You can see how much heat in watts radiators disperse on Thermochill.com. Just read which fans you will be using and most setups have a flow rate of around 1.4GPM (or there abouts as a rough indication). If you find out how much watts are heat will be dumped into the loop - you will get a good indication as to how well that cooling solution will work for your setup.
Custom:
CPU Block: D-Tek FuZion / ApogeeGTX / ApogeeGT. All capable of cooling dual core but ApogeeGT must have water flow going length ways across the CPU die.
Radiator: PA120.2, Swiftech isn't much cheaper over here in the UK as they're imported unlike home made Thermochill.
Fans: Yate loons or Scythe S-Flex.
Tubing: 7/16th Masterkleer
Pump: DDC with top (alphacool, Petras) or D5. DDCs now come as 3.2 version which is weaker than the DDC2 version so not as different as a D5. So either will do.
A PA120.1 with a quiet yate will cool an E6600 on it's own fine too.
