Smile best 2.0 speakers for laptop?

    Hi guys

I am new to these forums, so here goes for my first post here!

I am looking to buy some 2.0 Speakers for my laptop. They will be used for listening to music. They must be able to go quite loud, have good bass, and clear sound. Choosing 2.0 as they need to be portable. Any price is fine.

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks

As portable 2.0's go these are probably your best bet.

Depends what your budget is but personally i would rather have something like these

Edirol also do some cheap desktop reference speakers.

    http://www.studioground.co.uk/soundc...irol+MA+7A.htm

Studio refs will have a very flat clean sound & will be very accurate but if a normal 'warm' speaker sound is what you are after you can always mess around with the eq to get it right. Bass response should be pretty good aswell but in the same mannor it will be flat and not muddy like most normal speakers
