    Alphacool 1510 pump

Before I press "order" has anyone ever used this pump

    http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=392163

It seems to have good specs, be versatile, giving me the ability to add to the system in the future if I so choose, or run it at low wattage in a simple system, but I can find no other information on it, nor anyone who has ever used it!

It looks as you say, to have everything one can need. Can't see any reason not to get it.

I am just concerned that it seems so obvious, yet no one seems to have used one! Perhaps it has reliability problems, or the performance curves are odd or something!

    Re: Alphacool 1510 pump

I had a quick google for and came up with the odd link. From madshrimps,
a pump such as the Alphacool (actually OASE made for Alphacool) 1510 with the voltage regulator. Which I highly recommend. The voltage regulator allows you to icrease voltage from a regular Molex from 12V to 24V in 4V increments. the difference in pressure/flow rate is amazingly tunable and very different from lowest to highest.
    ....
At the moment however, i can't think of a better pump then the OASE Alphacool 1510 with voltage regulator.
maybe you could drop liquid3d a pm and ask for more info?

But most of what came up was in other languages. From what I can understand of the Norwegian/swedish/danish it seems to be a pretty decent bit of kit, but my scandinavian is pretty rusty and not very technical. The spanish/finnish/slovenian etc - who knows.

Thanks for that, I did google for it but must have missed that one, and I find I have enough trouble understanding english when it gets to water cooling!
