    Perhaps there is something decent and similar shape/size ?

    Nope not really.

    I dont think the G9 is out yet but it looks rediculous anyway..

    Other than that you are pretty limited to 800/1000dpi and no on the fly switching. Personally have I one wired mouse for gaming (dreadfully in need of updating) and one wireless for surfing etc..

    Any comments on Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000 from owners ?
    Looks similar size, well priced and imo 1000dpi is enough
