Re: What mice do people use?
ive been using an MX1000 for years, its a brilliant mouse :)
i'll be investing in a VX nano for my macbook though.
+1 for the MX1000 :)
Re: What mice do people use?
I have an older logitech rollerball that is very similar shape to the mx1000 and thats my favourite mouse for using for extended periods of time.
"Standard" shape ergonomic logitech mice tend to cramp my hand up after a couple of hours
Re: What mice do people use?
Microsoft/Razer Habu - I love the thing and now that they actually seem to work properly (my first one was flakey, to say the least!) that's even better! :) I've had a total of three, they just seem to fit my paws nicely.
Re: What mice do people use?
I had a Microsoft optical mouse with 400dpi and changed to the blue Logitech G5 and it is much better, you will see an improvement by getting a mouse with over 1000dpi.
Re: What mice do people use?
Razer Copperhead in blue, always had razer mice.
Ever since the original boomslangs, I even bought a cruddy version when they went under for a while!
Re: What mice do people use?
Logitech G5, the best mouse I've ever used, feels much more substantial than the Razers and fits my hand better, but not so good for left handers. Glides really well and is more than sensitive enough. Plus Logitech's RMA service is fantastic.
Re: What mice do people use?
MX1000 user here as well :)
Love it, especially the battery indicator so I know when it needs a good charging.
Got a standard microsoft intellimouse PS2 here at work and this feels totally wrong compared to the logitech offering.
Re: What mice do people use?
I got friend who has a logitech 3 billion button billybits model (can't remember the detail, it was an older cordless one, near top of the line) and to me it's like wrestlin' with a brick, I pick it up and I want to shot put with it. So went with a comfortable corded MX 400 for everyday use.
But then again I have odd mis-shaped short fat sticks for hands.
Re: What mice do people use?
Logitech MX518. Feels totally natural to use, I've had it ages and it's never caused any probs.
My bro's got an MX Revolution thing and that feels even better, although it's wireless, which I didn't want.
Re: What mice do people use?
I use the Logitech's MX1000 from the MX5000 desktop package. It's served me well during the 12 months I've owned it. It's responsive, reliable and comfortable. I've yet to find any fault with it.
Re: What mice do people use?
Logitech G5, got it on Friday with my new build - it's very good :)
Re: What mice do people use?
MX600 Mouse and MX3000 Keyboard. Really like them both (MX3000 Cordless Desktop set).
Re: What mice do people use?
I still use my old Microsoft IntelliMouse Explorer; its either the 2.0 or the 3.0 (I can't remember; I've had it for about 5 years). Good gaming mouse, and its confortable. A lot better than the huge 1.0 version I used to have. I have no intention on getting a new mouse until it croaks. :)
Re: What mice do people use?
Blue Razer Copperhead, never had a problem with it at all, great mouse.
Before my razer i had an MX1000, and i would reccomend that, or the razer to anyone.
Re: What mice do people use?
MX1000 here as well, though I'm considering changing cos it's getting pretty old now.
