Samsung do some nice LCD monitors, especially the 226BW.

tbh its a bit of waste buying a new chip (what you have is more than plenty), there isnt much performance gain for the money and you will probs feel silly buying it when you could get a new 22'' screen to make use of the card you have. go for it, its the best thing to do.
