    upgrade 7800gt or wait?

    Hi

I have a 7800gt I was thinking of upgrading to a x1950 pro and then maybe pick up a 9800 or a 8800 gtx if they drop in price around December time.

Is it worth upgrading 7800 gt I was mainly thinking of playing bioshock I have a e4300@ 3 ghz but my graphics card is my week point. Is it worth getting an x1950 pro as a stop gap or just going straight for an 8800 gtx now?

    thanks

You will be forever waiting if you keep wanting the newest and best, but i would say in this case just wait untill you can afford an 8800 gtx as its a very powerfull card.

Or f you can afford it just buy one now, but i would just wait if your short of cash at all

X1950 Pro would be faster but 8800 GTS/GTX would be better, I definately wouldn't buy one as a stopgap from a 7800 GT.
