I've been tinkering with my Auntie's Inspiron 6400 for the last few days and I find it to be a bit on the large and heavy side, so I've been looking at the Vostro 1400. However, it's under the 'Small business' section of the Dell website so I was wondering if I'd still be able to purchase it?

Yeah you can buy them. The prices are just quoted exVAT until you finialise the order.

Order over the phone though discounts are pretty easy to get and always push for free delivery because they charge about £60 for it

From the small business section I have seen deliveries for about £7. It seems to depend on the different models and current deals or something.

SHOW ME THE MONEEEEY!! or not.. lol

just tell them the lowest price you have and the specs it must have. Take your price off the net and take 15 - 20% off it and then haggle from there.
